Bacardi Rum Month is one of those events that brings out the best in bar culture. For the closing party, we embedded ourselves in the heart of it: music, cocktails, people, energy. Everything was shot to capture the night as it happened—fast, immersive, and ready to go live the next morning.

The Challenge

The closing party of Rum Month had to feel as bold as the month itself. We needed to capture a living, breathing event—hundreds of guests, live performances, flowing cocktails—and turn it into content that was ready to publish before anyone had even recovered from the night before.

The Solution

We shot the entire event with a multi-angle setup: wide atmospheres, close-up details, candid crowd moments, and artist highlights. By the next morning, the aftermovie and full photo album (300+ selects) were in Bacardi’s inbox. Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality—because the story doesn’t wait.
