Event promotion campaigns don't just drive sign-ups, they build anticipation. A well-structured campaign makes potential attendees feel like missing the event isn't an option. Teaser content sparks curiosity. Targeted ads reach the right audience.

At Majortale, we handle the full promotional arc of an event: from the first teaser to the aftermovie. Creative production, media planning, and distribution all running in one coordinated flow.

FAQ
Why does my event need a dedicated promotion campaign?
Plus icon

Event promotion is a multi-stage process — awareness, interest, consideration, registration, and attendance all require different content and different messaging at different times. A campaign approach handles all of those stages deliberately and systematically. An ad posted two weeks before the event handles only one. The campaign approach consistently produces higher registration rates and better attendee quality.

What does the process look like?

We start with a promotion strategy session — defining the target audience, the campaign timeline, and the channel plan. We then produce teaser content, promotional videos, and registration-driving ad creatives. On the event day, we cover photography and video for the aftermovie. After the event, we deliver the aftermovie to close the campaign cycle.

What's the lead time?
Plus icon

The campaign should ideally start 6–8 weeks before the event to allow for the full teaser, promotion, and reminder cycle. Production of the promotional content takes 2–3 weeks; the aftermovie is delivered 1–2 weeks after the event. Get in touch as early as possible to allow enough runway.

How do I book an event promotion campaign?

Get in touch with your event date and target audience. The sooner the better — the more lead time we have, the more effective the campaign can be. Book a call here.

Can you handle both the promotion and the on-site event coverage?

Yes — and that's exactly how the campaign is structured. We handle the full arc: pre-event promotion, on-site photo and video coverage on the day, and the aftermovie that closes the campaign. One team, one brief, end to end. That's what makes the content consistent and the campaign coherent.
