Misconceptions about home care made it hard for Wit-Gele Kruis to attract new talent. Thousands of caregivers do essential work every day, but that story often went unseen.
We handled the full trajectory, from creative development and shot list to shoot day and post-production. Real caregivers took the spotlight in four 15-second and four 30-second ads, in three formats. Made in collaboration with Fantastic.
