Volvo wanted a brand film closer to a short film than an ad. Resilience, care and the long road home, told in a way that earns a second watch.
We drove to Swedish Lapland and came back with a brand film closer to cinema than advertising.
We took the crew to Kiruna in Swedish Lapland in midwinter. Sub-zero temperatures, two hours of daylight and frozen roads made every frame look earned. The film, Rebirth, runs as a long-form campaign piece.
