Vivaldis Construct is the construction branch of HR services group Vivaldis. It helps contractors hire and helps construction workers find their next job. The sector runs on specific rules, from building leave to bad-weather days, and the people who explain those rules clearly are the people the market trusts. Vivaldis wanted to show it knows the sector inside out.
We built a series around the questions the market actually asks: building leave, the C3.2A card, bad-weather days, ADV days, premiums, travel, student work, overtime, VAT reverse charge and allowances. Each topic got its own short explainer, made in Dutch and in French, so workers and employers in both language communities can find the answer in their own language. Next to the series we made recruitment ads for jobs such as bricklayer and installer, testimonials from people who work through Vivaldis, and Monday, a campaign film with teasers for social.
