Recruiting for the police isn’t easy. You’re competing with private sector salaries, startup culture, and the general reluctance of young people to apply for roles they associate with bureaucracy. We needed to reframe the conversation entirely.
We brought 60 officers together in a single aircraft hangar and produced a full employer branding campaign: video, photography, social content, and internal comms material. The result was one of the strongest recruitment campaigns the force has ever run—visually bold, emotionally charged, and impossible to ignore.
