Recruiting for a new police unit means starting from zero. No existing applicant pool, no employer brand awareness, and a target audience that is notoriously difficult to reach through traditional channels. The campaign needed to do more than inform — it needed to inspire. And it needed to do it fast.
We developed a campaign built entirely around real people and real stories. Twenty-four short videos, each one placing a human face on what it actually means to serve. No corporate messaging, no forced heroism — just honest, compelling portraits of the work and the people behind it. The result was a campaign that felt as credible as the institution it represented.
