What the role really involves
As a Business Developer, you are responsible for building and growing client relationships. You identify new opportunities, guide potential clients through our way of working and help shape proposals that make sense both strategically and commercially. You work closely with strategy, creative and production teams to ensure what we sell can actually be delivered at the highest level.
You listen carefully, ask the right questions and know when to challenge assumptions. You are not pushing products, but building trust. From first contact to signed agreement, you keep the process clear, structured and human.
You understand value, not just price
You understand that strong content and video are business tools, not nice-to-haves. You can clearly explain the value of strategy, storytelling and production, and help clients see how our work supports their goals. You know how to balance ambition, budget and expectations without overpromising.
