By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.
Majortale is a strategic video and content agency specialised in video production, photography, content strategy, and post-production. We deliver creative and strategic services with a focus on quality, efficiency, and results. All services are legally delivered by Majortale Global FZ-LLC.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services.
You are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals, accurate and complete information, all necessary materials, and compliance with platform terms such as social media guidelines. Delays caused by missing or late input from your side automatically extend project timelines without any liability for Majortale.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used our services in a way that may cause harm to others.
All invoices are issued in euros and are due within 30 calendar days, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payments must be made in full without any deduction, discount, or withholding. All bank fees, transfer costs, and transaction charges are entirely borne by the client. Majortale must always receive the full invoiced amount net.
In the event of late payment, an administrative reminder fee of 50 euros and late payment interest of 5% per month apply automatically. All ongoing and planned services will be suspended immediately, and usage rights to all delivered content will be withdrawn until full payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable. For recurring collaborations, a minimum duration of three months applies unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Notice periods are one month for quarterly agreements and three months for annual agreements.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new fees. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
All creations remain the property of Majortale until full payment has been received. After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage licence for business and communication purposes.
Majortale retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, and reference purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Methods, processes, formats, and workflows remain the property of Majortale at all times.
If you believe any content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us directly with detailed information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Majortale does not guarantee specific results such as views, leads, hires, or revenue. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every expectation.
Majortale's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment. This includes issues caused by third-party tools and platforms such as cloud storage, review platforms, or AI solutions. Malfunctions or errors caused by third parties fall outside Majortale's responsibility.
After approval of deliverables, Majortale is not liable for errors, omissions, reputational damage, or business consequences resulting from the use of the content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All invoicing and payments are managed exclusively by Majortale Global FZ-LLC, based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to reach out first to seek an informal resolution within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, mediation applies for up to 60 days before any legal proceedings follow. Any claims must be filed individually, not as part of a collective or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
